Hi, I’m Cat. I facilitate weekly yoga classes and wild swims in the Cotswolds, neuroscience informed workshops, and wild retreats around the UK. My teaching is an amalgamation of the ancient arts of yoga and my degree in physiology, sharing practices for the 21st century that I hope will support you beyond the yoga mat.
My existing training includes:
200 hours Ashtanga and Vinyasa Yoga,
20 hours Anatomy and Biomechanics,
30 hours CPD for Yoga Teachers,
BSc Biomedical Science (Physiology).
I am currently working to complete my 220 hours Kundalini Global Yoga Training and 30 hours Yoga Nidra.
At the heart of all my classes, workshops and retreats is the intention of gathering like-minded souls to nourish and support each other as we rewild and find our most authentic selves. My soul intention for you when you come to a class, event, or retreat is that you emerge from the practice feeling more connected to each other and to the land we live on.
Yoga has taught me to be softer, kinder, lighter, more joyful, and more compassionate. I would love to share some of this magic with you.
SANCTUARY: return to rest
the PEAK DISTRICT
14th - 18th November 2022
FLOW is 60 minutes of whole-body nourishment. We show up and arrive onto the sanctuary of our mat, we move, we breathe, and we rest. Float out of class feeling restored, recharged, and totally blissed out.
Classes are held in the beautiful parlor barn at Berry Farm, South Cerney. Please bring your own mat (we have a few spares you can borrow), blankets, cushions, and any props you like to practice with. Underfloor heating and magical playlists are provided.

If coming through the village past the post office, go over the bridge, keep driving around the bend, and then you will see the farm on your right (a large hay barn). As you drive past two cream cottages on your right you need to turn right into the driveway. The gate will be open and there is a sign which says 'Berry Farm' to your right as you turn in. Follow the driveway right up until you see the 'YOGA' sign and then park in the spaces there.
If coming from Cirencester, Berry Farm is just on the left after the Northmoor lane turning as you drop into the village.
Yoga & Dip returns for it's second year.
Join me on the mat for long evenings and magical mornings practicing yoga immersed in nature complete with a rejuvenating dip in the still, crystalline waters of Lake 32.
The 90-min sessions begin with a 60-min yoga class full of mindful movements and nourishing breathwork. Then we slowly, emerge from savasana and take our time to go for a group swim in the lake, have a natter, and perhaps stay a little longer for a drink from the cafe. The 60-min sessions offer a slightly compacted version of this for the early risers who want to begin their day with a little me-time. A divine recharge for body, mind, and soul.
Suitable for all levels. Beginners to open water swimming and/or yoga are welcome. For the swim please bring a tow float and bright hat with you.

Lake 32 (Waterland Outdoor Pursuits)
Yoga in the beautiful Cotswolds countryside followed by a climb. Sounds like a dreamy Wednesday evening to me!
I am so excited to be offering these classes in collaboration with Far Peak Climbing. The yoga sessions will be 60-minutes at 18:00 followed by a chilled group climb with instruction by Michaela available for those who haven't climbed before. If the weather is good, we'll be practicing outdoors in nature. If it's a little damp, we will take shelter in the yurt for our yoga practice.

1 The Hayloft
We run a free wild swimming group called The Lunar Dippers. Join us as we gather for monthly group swims in and around the Cotswolds, usually around the time of the full moon. All of the swims are arranged via our Facebook group where we make an event sharing the date, time, location, and what to bring for each dip a couple of weeks in advance. You don’t need any experience at all to come along and join in and there is no pressure to swim. You are more than welcome to watch for the first time, enjoy a natter and see what the wild dipping malarkey is all about.
