THE PRACTICES
Sanctuary offers a wide selection of practices for a completely immersive retreat experience. We work with a fluid schedule that caters to the energy of the group. Our mornings usually begin with an (optional) cold water swim followed by vinyasa yoga into yoga nidra. Our late afternoon practice tends to be restorative/ yin. Our evenings together are a chance to dive deep into the magick of cacao, sound, circles, and ceremony. Whilst we understand it’s your time and your body, we wholeheartedly encourage full participation in the practices over the week.
