TUESDAYS | 17:15

FLOW is 60-minutes of whole-body nourishment. We show up and arrive onto the sanctuary of our mat, we move, we breathe, and we rest. Float out of class feeling restored, recharged, and totally blissed out.

Classes are held in the beautiful parlor barn at Berry Farm, South Cerney. Please bring your own mat (we have a few spares you can borrow), blankets, cushions, and any props you like to practice with. Underfloor heating and magical playlists are provided.

Berry Farm,

Silver Street,

South Cerney,

If coming through the village past the post office, go over the bridge, keep driving around the bend, and then you will see the farm on your right (a large hay barn). As you drive past two cream cottages on your right you need to turn right into the driveway. The gate will be open and there is a sign which says 'Berry Farm' to your right as you turn in. Follow the driveway right up until you see the 'YOGA' sign and then park in the spaces there.

If coming from Cirencester, Berry Farm is just on the left after the Northmoor lane turning as you drop into the village.

Yoga & Dip returns for it's second year.

Join me on the mat for long evenings and magical mornings practicing yoga immersed in nature complete with a rejuvenating dip in the still, crystalline waters of Lake 32.

The 90-min sessions begin with a 60-min yoga class full of mindful movements and nourishing breathwork. Then we slowly, emerge from savasana and take our time to go for a group swim in the lake, have a natter, and perhaps stay a little longer for a drink from the cafe. The 60-min sessions offer a slightly compacted version of this for the early risers who want to begin their day with a little me-time. A divine recharge for body, mind, and soul.

Suitable for all levels. Beginners to open water swimming and/or yoga are welcome. For the swim please bring a tow float and bright hat with you.

yoga & climb

Yoga in the beautiful Cotswolds countryside followed by a climb. The perfect summers evening ritual of movement immersed in nature to reset body & mind.

I am so excited for these classes in collaboration with Far Peak Climbing, which is one of my favourite places to unwind. The yoga sessions will be 60-minutes at 18:00 led by me (Cat), followed by a group climbing session led by Michaela. You don't need to have done any yoga or any climbing before to join us. These sessions are completely beginner friendly and a lush way to meet like-minded people and have fun.

When the weather is good, we'll take our yoga practice outdoors in nature. If it's a little damp, we will practice in the yurt to offer some shelter.

Far Peak members no need to book for the climb, just book the 'yoga only' option. See you on the mat!

I first discovered Cat’s yoga & dip classes at Lake 32, earlier this year.  I was immediately hooked, recognising the power of doing yoga outdoors (particularly when the sun is shining), surrounded by trees and listening to the sounds of the lake in the background.

I love the flow of Cat’s yoga sessions and I’m always impressed with how Cat ties movements together so seamlessly.  Ending the session with a dip in the lake has been magical and it’s set me on a path of winter swimming, which is something I never thought I’d be able to do.

I’ve loved being a part of the Meditation & Dip group at the lake, chatting with other members and understanding a bit more about everyone’s personal goals. I’m happily following Cat around the Cotswold area currently, as she develops her offerings with new yoga classes and BREATHE workshops.

CLAIRE Melluish,

Cat has taught yoga at Coberley C of E to a range of children from 6 to 9 years of age. She made the sessions hugely enjoyable, educational, and a lot of fun. The children benefitted hugely from the yoga and the children would love to have such sessions as often as possible.

Miss Booth, the class teacher remarked that “All the children were fully engaged. Cat had a great rapour with the children and I was really impressed how all the children, some who find physical activity demanding, made huge progress and fully engaged in the sessions.”

The school are hoping that Cat will come back and do many more sessions when she has time.

The last time I tried yoga was October 2019.

At the time I found it frustrating – I found it difficult to move, and was frustrated with my stomach getting in the way. I found the idea of acknowledging my whole presence at the time uncomfortable both physically and emotionally.

Today I tried it again and I noticed a few things I couldn’t do last time I tried.

* I can lie flat on my back pain free, and sit back up again (this is pretty big actually as before I started doing any fitness I pretty much had back pain daily)
* I can do Childs pose
* I can do downward dog
* I can move more freely than I thought I could

Thank you Cat for recommending an earlier class of yours to try, I’ll be back for more.
